a month later...

Well, it has been a few weeks since our last post. (SORRY!) We have had a number of requests for some updated pictures, but truth be told, I take them but don't love them because they can't beat the ones Ceri took while she was here and so I always feel like little Saylie doesn't look like herself in my pictures. Oh well!
We have been really busy the last four weeks. Here is a summary of our life...

Activities:

• Chris and I went on our first post baby date. The whole time we talked about her and missed her, so we cut it short and came home early.
• We have taken Saylie out to eat at Trio, Soby's, Cracker Barrell, and a number of lunch dates with her dad...she has done great each time.
• Saylie enjoyed her first movie at the theater (Clash of the Titans) and though the sound didn't bother her much she did find it convenient to grunt during the only two quiet parts of the movie so she spent most of the time standing at the side of the theater with mom...But we still consider it a success and are excited to do it again.
• Chris and his dad spent a few days polishing up a car that we got so that we can be a two car family...It has been SO NICE!!
• Our little lady is starting to fit into 0-3 month clothes, mom can squeeze back into her normal clothes, but doesn't love fitted shirts because she has a muffin top!
  
• Say and mom made an outing to the mall and she had her first shopping experience at J. Crew. I think she is going to make a great buddy!
