We were super brave- or maybe naive- and decided to do our family vacation on St John. The good news is that the beaches were BEAUTIFUL, the snorkeling was AMAZING, Carnival was way fun and we rocked the Minute To Win It challenges. The not as good news was that it was unseasonably muggy, we were devoured by mosquitoes, and the flights were a little long. One look at the pictures proves it was all worth it. (this is the small batch of lame photos I took because we always take for granted that a professional photographer is around so these can just whet your appetite.
Say got her own seat for one leg of the trip and thought she was HOT STUFF with her little seatbelt and dolly.

Ceri and Amy competing in Paper Dragon. Ceri was the M2WI Champion! (More pics of that to come - and some video!)

The end of a perfect Caribbean sunset.

How precious is this? It is my new favorite thing. I love Say's little curls in the back. I could just smush her face up and kiss it to death.

We have some videos Chris took while snorkeling. There were so many marine animals right off the shore by our house, it was crazy! By the end of the week a nurse shark, octopus, lobster, barracuda, puffer fish, sea turtle, stingray, conch, sea urchins, and countless other marine animals were seen! What an adventure! I will post those once I shorten them and pic the favorites. But until then, I got a little batch of preview photos from one of the granddaughter shoots. feast on these until I get the other gems!!
