Nesting Much??

I knew it was bad when I overheard Chris on the phone with his friend.
C: At the end of your wife's pregnancy did she kinda go nuts working on stuff?
Friend: Well we were moving so she didn't really have a place to set things up for a while.
C: oh because Jenny is just going crazy. She won't ever sit still. She is always working on like a million project.

hahahah but it is true. And he said it with more concern and curiousity than with disgust...I think. I feel antsy just sitting. I ALWAYS need to be doing something. I love doing the dishes. That is one of my favorites. Our sink is small so it fills up fast and I feel like I can see the dishes shrink and go away so fast and I feel soooo good when they are done. Other projects include:

Pacifier holders (not super pretty, but realllly cheap, easy, and useful!)

Thank you cards - made a million times more fun by my Cricut!!! I LOVE CHRISTMAS! Thank you Mom and Dad Chappell!!!

ABC book (sadly this is a scrapbook from a cruise we took a year ago...embarrassing!!!)

Frames- the picture doesn't do it justice. They are painted white and I have shapes decoupaged on them so that when they are painted green or pink or yellow or whatever it looks embossed. (still need to be painted but I can't paint until we have nursery bedding to coordinate colors)

Burp Cloths

Bibs

Knitted Hat

I Spy Bag

Curtains to cover heinous craft shelf

Onesies

Hair Bows (These were my starter ones. I am on to korkers and headband now)

My To-Do List is shrinking, but does still include:
a hair bow frame that will look something like this...

possibly a mobile that would look something like this...

baby shoes that will be SOO CUTE!- like this....

a hooded towel like with her name like this...

more hats and bows
perhaps some pillows for our bed (See next post...coming soon!)
Baby blanket

Wish me luck!! More importantly, wish Chris luck...poor guy!

Holy crap you're a crafting wizard! I swear you could open an etsy shop solely based off of the pictures you just posted. I loved nesting though, you get so much accomplished in such a short amount of time! You're amazing.

I'd go ahead and confirm that you are nesting! I rearranged ALL of our furniture a week before this second baby....

I LOVE that mobile.... you should certainly make that, it's soooo cute! Good luck with all the projects!

Oh my gosh, Jenny, you are crazy! I can't believe all the things you're doing. I wish you lived closer so I could pay to do my dishes and make my baldy girls some cute hair clips. Everything you've made is so adorable.
